Our history

2009. We open our first 500 m² centre in La Finca Business Park (Madrid) under the name Busining.

2010. Our first expansion with an additional 1,000 m² in La Finca.

2011. We open our first centre in the CBD of Madrid (AZCA district), in the emblematic Torre Europa skyscraper.

2015. We continue to grow in Madrid with the María de Molina 54 building, located in the business district and business school area in the Salamanca neighbourhood.

2018. Sherpa Capital acquires a stake in the company to undertake the national expansion of new and existing centres, including Torre Europa, María de Molina and La Finca.

2019. Busining changes its name to First workplaces to strengthen the brand's international profile. We also launch our national expansion with two centres in Barcelona—Rambla de Catalunya, in the heart of the city, and Sants, in a skyscraper adjacent to the AVE high-speed train station. We continue to incorporate iconic buildings in Madrid with the leaning towers in Plaza de Castilla.

2020. We make our arrival in Malaga with Larios First, an innovative workspace housed in the only historic building with the BREEAM certification in Andalusia, located on the most prestigious and exclusive street of the city.

2021. We embark on the implementation of our new Flex-Office Management model (Management and Operation of spaces for third parties) with the opening of Fira First in Torre Realia in Barcelona.

2022. Opening of the second centre under the Flex-Office Management model with Occident in Castellana 55 as Castellana Abascal First.

2023. We continue our expansion in prime locations with our second centre in the CBD of Madrid, at Castellana 130, known as Castellana Bernabéu First.
