Services and advantages of our private individual offices and corporate office spaces. What are the advantages compared to a conventional office?

There are many benefits to our all-inclusive individual offices and office spaces from an economic and organisational perspective. First, we offer you a bespoke space, so you only pay for the space you need. In addition, our facilities include services such as reception, security and cleaning. You don't have to worry about utilities (e.g. internet, water, electricity and gas) or furniture as everything is included in the monthly fee. This also applies to the use of common areas such as the lounge, kitchen equipped with a fridge and microwave, vending area, call and video call booths, etc.

Is there a minimum duration of occupancy?

We operate a flex office service. Therefore, we offer flexibility according to the duration of occupancy required. We handle the entire process and put you in contact with the best partner for your needs.

Do I have unlimited access to my individual office or office space at First workplaces?

You can access your workspace 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our facilities and your office are available to you whenever you need them. My company has very specific IT needs.

Is there flexibility if I have to work late or at weekends?

There is no problem if you or your teams need to work late or come to the office at weekends. You can access the office any day of the year, at any time of the day or night.

Is there natural light in the office?

Natural light is essential for creating a comfortable and welcoming space. Therefore, we always try to maximise natural light in our offices and workspaces.

Can I access other First business centres?

If you need a workspace or meeting room in any other First centre in Spain, please contact our team, who will look for a customised solution for people or teams to use our Shared Office areas throughout our coworking network.

Can I expand my workspace if my company grows?

Of course! Flexibility is in our DNA at First workplaces, and we understand how important it is for businesses. Therefore, should you require more workstations, just let us know, and we will adapt the workspace to your needs.

How often is the office cleaned?
