On February 8th CESINE Formación y Jornadas, in collaboration with the magazine Revista Metros2 convened the office industry to participate in the seventh edition of the WORKPLACE2024 forum, where the behavior and perspectives of the market and the new challenges, opportunities, and real estate trends in the sector were analyzed.
The event was presented and moderated by Iván Picó Madrigal, Partner at Martínez-Echevarría Abogados, and featured José María Álvarez, President of the Spanish Office Association (AEO), for the opening and inauguration of the event.
Oscar García Toledo, General Director of First Workplaces, participated in a roundtable discussion where he pointed out that “2024 will be marked by the return to the office, albeit in different modalities and adjusting its spaces and uses, so it will be necessary to apply creativity and imagination to re-re-reinvent offices, or transform them. Therefore, it is essential for companies in general, and for corporates in particular, to design a strategy of flexible offices that allows them hyper-flexibility and efficiency in workplace management.
