On March 2nd, we celebrate a very special milestone in our history: 15 years as an operator of flexible workspaces! It’s a moment of gratitude, reflection, and celebration. Throughout this exciting journey, we’ve witnessed changes, challenges, and triumphs that have shaped our identity and strengthened our commitment to our valued clients and our incredible team.

While this day marks a celebration of achievements, it’s also a moment to reflect on the core values that have guided our path from the beginning. Since our inception in 2009, with the opening of our first 500 m2 centre at La Finca Business Park (Madrid), under the name of Busining, to becoming a reference in the flexible workspace sector with 10 centres in Spain and over 26,000 m2 operated, our mission has been to create inspiring work environments that enhance productivity, creativity, and collaboration. From day one, we’ve dedicated ourselves to offering flexible solutions that adapt to the changing needs of our clients, giving them the freedom and comfort to focus on what truly matters: growing their businesses.
